PCP is a full service commercial investment real estate in the Charleston area. I have been in
this business for over 30 years and love it. At this point I spend my time developing and managing
my own investments which include office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. I am also a senior instructor
with an international commercial real estate educational and brokerage organization: The CCIM Institute
for over 25 years. I have taught CI real estate in more than 30 states and 3 countries.
Why haven't you retired yet?
I will never retire, I love what I do. I have slowed down and plan to ease off a little more after this reunion is over.
